[Member] Can the Seller reject my cancellation request?

Sellers or LiveCom have the right to reject your cancellation request if the order has already been shipped out and a tracking number updated into the system. Nonetheless, you may still reach out to LiveCom at [email protected] or via our live chat to request for a cancellation, which will be considered on a case-to-case basis. 

Some of the reasons your cancellation request may be rejected are as follows: 

-The product is already being shipped to you. 
-The reason provided for requesting a cancellation is invalid. 
-Member has had a change of mind towards the purchase.
-The product has been modified by the Member.
-The product has been washed, worn or used by the Member. 
-The product is missing the serial number or warranty card when requesting the cancellation.
