1) In order to find the estimated delivery period of your item via the web browser, navigate to your Orders page accordingly.
2) From here, select the item you are referring to and click the View Details Button. The estimated delivery date will be displayed under the Order ID.
Unfortunately, there is no way for you to check on the estimated delivery date of the item or package via the LiveCom Member App. You will have to use the web browser in order to check on this. Do stay tuned however as we plan on introducing this feature into the app soon!
The delivery of your item will vary according to multiple reasons, from when the Seller ships it out to the courier service used so check on the status of your packages regularly!
